Our teams provide infrastructure planning and development to create value in land and properties, and provides master planning for commercial, residential, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, infill, and mixed use properties.
VICKREY works with municipal and public agencies to develop master plans for transportation corridors, rail improvements, mass transit planning, master thoroughfare plans, master street and drainage systems, and the development of capital improvement plans. Our teams bring extensive experience in community planning, transportation design, and economic development services to both public and private sector clients.
The firm also assists municipalities with transportation planning and corridor studies, city master plans, and the development of capital improvement plans.

We also provide public involvement workshops for large projects, such as the Converse 1604 Corridor Study, Cibolo Downtown Revitalization Master Plan, VIA Stone Oak Park & Ride Master Plan, IH-35 Major Investment Study for the MPO and BRAC redevelopment of Kelly Air Force Base, to include Public Involvement Programs of workshops, exhibits, focus groups, and technical presentations workshops in accordance with state and federal requirements.
