VICKREY provided civil design and surveying services for this 200-acre, 430-lot subdivision, located in northwest Bexar County over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone. The project included 11,500 linear feet of private collector and local streets, 11,750 feet of sanitary sewer and 12,900 feet of water mains in SAWS service area, and a new sanitary sewer lift station.
